Planning to Travel Abroad? You can now apply for your passport in Polk County!
You can find passport information, applications and forms at the POLK COUNTY DISTRICT COURT. United States citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 12:00 and 1:00 to 5:00 at 400 Hawkeye Street, Third Floor, in Osceola, Polk County, Nebraska. Appointments are not necessary, but recommended. you can also get further information at the Department of State's Official website www.travel.state.gov.
