Office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office is closed for a half-hour noon from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The Highway Department is located on the first floor of the Polk County Courthouse building in Osceola, Nebraska.
